Lydia Lea Real (Executive Director/Co-Founder) – With over 15 years of
experience in the Performing Arts, Lydia has worked as an actor, director, producer, stage manager, and arts administrator. She is currently the 21st CCLC Project Director for UCP of Central Florida. Prior to her move to Florida, Lydia was the Interim Associate Director of Education for La Jolla Playhouse. In addition, she has worked as a teaching artist with Orlando Rep, Arts for Learning, San Diego Writers Ink, Olney Theatre Company, and the National Players. She is the Co-Founder of The Poolhouse Project theatre company, Board Member for Oracle Performing Arts, and original company member of The Red Wolves Ensemble.

Tony Murvin (Artistic Director/Co-Founder) – A graduate of Albertus Magnus College, Tony has over 20 years of experience as an actor, director, and teaching artist. He worked for a decade as a resident actor, director, company manager, and teaching artist for Shakesperience Production. He also worked as a Resort Performer Area Lead with LEGOLAND and currently works as the Performing Arts Integration Specialist for UCP of Central Florida.

Lisa Negrón (Marketing Director/Co-Founder) – A graduate of the University of Tampa, Lisa has over 30 years of experience on the stage, screen, and as a voiceover artist. Her experience includes performing, writing, and music directing for theme parks including Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Sea World, The Nickelodeon Resort, and LEGOLAND Florida. She’s performed with Radio Disney, Seaside Music Theatre, The Jobsite Theatre, The Atlantic Coast Theatre for Youth Touring Company, and Powerstories Theatre. Omar Negrón (Technology Director/Co-Founder) - With over 20 years of experience as a corporate and freelance Graphic Artist and Designer, Omar currently works designing for LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Omar is also a professional actor and singer - having worked for such companies as Spanish Lyric Theatre, The Collective Soles Arts Troupe, and Powerstories Theatre.
